SED-GS-D — High-Speed Desiccant Inserting Machine

A stepping motor drives the bag-feeding mechanism, pulling desiccant sachets from a reel via two pairs of pinch rollers. Three-level sensors monitor the sachet tape for tension (tight/loose) and absence. A color-mark sensor or updated position-control system detects each sachet and controls cut length. High-quality cutting blades sever the sachet; a pull-down belt (with servo motor and automatic tension adjustment) feeds the cut sachet into the bottle below. A sensor at the bottle mouth detects missing or blocked sachets. A bottle-presence sensor automatically starts and stops the machine. Height adjustment for different bottle sizes is performed by hand wheel.
