The SED-FST-D is a full-automatic double-side labeling machine for flat bottles and square boxes, enabling simultaneous labeling on both sides. Speed 0–80 pieces/min, accuracy ±1 mm. Machine dimensions approx. 3000×1500×
Funcionamiento
Products are fed onto the conveyor belt. A bottle-dividing mechanism spaces them, and a bottle-guiding mechanism centers each product. The top-pressing mechanism holds the product steady as it advances. A product-detection sensor signals the PLC, which drives both traction motors simultaneously to dispense labels from each side head. A positioning cylinder holds the product in place while brush/sponge labeling rollers press the labels firmly onto both sides. The product exits the machine fully labeled.

Keep conveyor and label heads clean. Wipe product contact surfaces with a dry or lightly dampened cloth. Do not use water jets or corrosive cleaning agents. Inspect and clean label sensors (SICK/LEUZE slot sensors) regularly to ensure accurate detection.
