Funcionamiento
Raw honey is melted in the SED-4RMC-A honey melting tank (4-bucket, 24 kW, heated). A screw pump (1 m³/h, 1.5 kW) transfers honey to the SED-50ZKNS-A preheating-filtration-vacuum concentration unit (50 L capacity, 80-mesh filter, concentration temperature ≤45°C, vacuum ≥0.092 MPa, 17 kW) to preserve bioactive substances. Concentrated honey is held in the SED-1000CCG-A 1000 L buffer tank (304 stainless steel, 36 kW), then metered by the SED-1BDG-A volumetric filler (4–60 bottles/min, ±0.5% accuracy). Bottles proceed to semi-automatic capping, labeling, and coding.
