Funcionamiento
The screw conveyor vertically elevates powder to the filler hopper. A servo motor drives the single-head auger weighing filler with double-row primary fill + supplementary fill for ±0.5% accuracy. Spoon and desiccant vibratory feeders automatically insert spoons and desiccants into each can. The eight-wheel high-speed capper: first wheel set reverses to align cap threads; second, third, and fourth wheel sets rotate forward to tighten the cap. Optional misaligned-cap rejection available.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1The screw conveyor vertically elevates powder to the filler hopper.
