SED-FMGX-Z — Powder Bottle Filling, Capping & Labeling Production Line

The round-hopper feeder (SED-ZSJ-Z) continuously supplies powder to the dual-head filler via a spiral at 9,800g/min. The filler (SED-2FGJ-Z) automatically positions each container, then dispenses the set quantity of powder by screw metering; containers without bottles do not receive powder. The dual-head screw capper (SED-2CG-Z) uses an electromagnetic constant-torque head to tighten caps automatically (with automatic cap sorting and cap-drop mechanism). The round-bottle labeler applies self-adhesive labels and prints batch numbers; it stops labeling automatically when no bottle is detected, preventing label waste.
