Funcionamiento
Tape sealer: cartons (manually width/height-set) ride between left and right driven belts; tape heads above and below lay OPP tape across both top and bottom seams; brushes press the tape down. Strapper: an oil-free, self-cleaning band-track threads PP/PET strap around the carton via the arch, retracts under tension, then a direct-heat element welds the strap and a 9CrSi hardened blade cuts it. Operator buttons or foot-pedal trigger the cycle; auto-feed re-spools strap from the reel. Selectable arch sizes from 850×250 mm up to 2850×1800 mm.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Tape sealer: cartons (manually width/height-set) ride between left and right driven belts; tape heads above and below lay OPP tape across both top and bottom seams; brushes press the tape down.
