SED-FKLB-Q — Small Back-Seal Vertical Form-Fill-Seal Bagger for Granules and Powders

A film roll feeds vertically into a forming collar that wraps the film into a tube. A heated back-seal jaw closes the longitudinal seam behind the tube. A volumetric measuring cup (or screw, depending on configuration) above the tube doses 0.5-99.9 g of product into the formed pouch. Cross seal jaws then heat-seal and cut the bag at top and bottom in one stroke. Counter advances per cycle. Motor-driven film pull and timing gears synchronize bag length to seal pitch. Optional eye-mark sensor registers preprinted film; optional date coder prints lot/exp on each pouch.
