Funcionamiento
PLC (Panasonic) and sensors precisely control the labeling process. Bottles are conveyed and separated; a product sensor (Panasonic) detects each bottle and triggers the labeling head. A label sensor (LEUZE/SICK) detects the label edge; the labeling head traction motor (LEADSHINE/BALE stepper) peels and applies the label to the bottle face. Pneumatic components (Airtac) assist in pressing and guiding. An HMI (SAMKOOM/WECON) provides recipe and parameter management.
