SED-FDT-8 — Fully Automatic Four-Side Square Bottle Labeling Machine

Square or rectangular bottles enter on a stainless conveyor (Chuanming variable-frequency motor) and pass through an Oban speed-controlled bottle-separator that indexes one bottle at a time. A clamping and guiding mechanism aligns each bottle to the labeling station. SICK photo-eyes detect the bottle and label edge; a Leadshine stepper-driven label feeder peels the label from its backing and feeds it forward synchronized with bottle motion. A four-side wrap mechanism uses synchronized arms (with sponge wipe-down) to lay the label across the front, two sides, and back faces of the bottle. A rear wrap-down (Oban speed-controlled) presses out any air bubbles. Panasonic PLC and 7-inch Kunlun Tongtai touchscreen manage setpoints and recipe storage.
