Funcionamiento
Gloves arriving on a former line are gripped by a 4-roll stripping system (4 × φ120–130 mm aluminum half-rolls, rubber-coated, two with grooves to release trapped air inside the glove). A Taiwanese servo motor drives the strip rolls via gears and timing belts; gloves are pulled off and dropped onto a main aluminum-roller conveyor, then handed to an auxiliary conveyor (Changzhou stepper-driven). A lead-screw + stepper-driven lift platform raises/lowers the conveyor so each batch of gloves stacks neatly. PLC + HMI control with OMRON sensors and Chint electrical components handle counting, batch-out and line synchronization.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Gloves arriving on a former line are gripped by a 4-roll stripping system (4 × φ120–130 mm aluminum half-rolls, rubber-coated, two with grooves to release trapped air inside the glove).
