SED-DFX-C — Iodophor Cotton Swab Complete Production Line

Polypropylene (PP) pellets are loaded into the plastic tube puller hopper, heated and extruded into plastic tubes, cooled in a water tank, then cut by the tube splitter into uniform plastic sticks. The sticks are conveyed into the iodophor filling machine via a transport chain where liquid is filled into the tubes; both ends are sealed and a snap/break score is cut. The filled sticks are placed into the centrifuge for 3-5 minutes to expel internal air. After centrifuging, the sticks are loaded into the swab machine hopper: heat-mark scoring → cotton winding → swab head forming → hot-air drying → tear-easy single-piece packaging.
