The SED-CXP-5 is a screw-conveyor (jiao long) ultrasonic bottle washing machine designed for cleaning glass vials (2-10 ml) on pharmaceutical injectable and oral liquid lines. It uses a sequential cleaning process: ultra
Funcionamiento
Bottles are fed from a supply disk through a magnetic-clutch star wheel into the PTFE-sleeved screw track. The magnetic clutch auto-stops the star wheel when a jam occurs and restarts automatically when resistance clears. Bottles are inverted 180 degrees mouth-down in the screw track, then pass through the ultrasonic rough-wash zone where tower-stack ultrasonic transducers (D20-150, Shenzhen Kemeida) cause cavitation that strips particulate from bottle walls. Bottles then proceed through sequential recirculated-water and purified water rinse stations, followed by purified compressed air drying. After rinsing, bottles are flipped 180 degrees mouth-up and discharged to the outlet hopper. The drive train is mounted on the base frame to prevent lubricant contamination of wash water. Separate rough-wash and fine-wash tanks with overflow/drain prevent cross-contamination. Water and air circuits each carry SS diaphragm pressure gauges and pressure transmitters; the machine cannot start if water or air pressure is below setpoint.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Separate rough and fine wash tanks drain via tank drain ports. Replace recirculation-water, WFI, and compressed-air filter elements per maintenance schedule. Inspect PTFE screw sleeves and ultrasonic transducers periodically.
