Funcionamiento
Three EBM centrifugal fans draw air through primary filters and then through liquid-trough HEPA filters. The filtered clean air passes through a 200-mesh polymer airflow uniformity membrane which rectifies it into a downward vertical laminar flow (0.45 m/s class) over the workstation, creating an ISO Class 5 clean protection zone. The F7 touch-screen allows fan-speed and lighting adjustment; the Dwyer differential pressure gauge monitors HEPA filter resistance in real time.
Proceso de funcionamiento
