Funcionamiento
Operator places a cylindrical or small-taper bottle on the jig. A pressing cylinder (0.4-0.6 MPa) holds the bottle in place. The traction belt advances the label web; a Leuze fiber-optic photoeye detects the label leading edge. The label peels off the backing and contacts the bottle; the rubber rollers and product-positioning system rotate the bottle, wrapping the label around its circumference. For double-label runs, the machine switches to dual-pass mode with adjustable front/back spacing. Backing paper rewinds onto the take-up reel.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Operator places a cylindrical or small-taper bottle on the jig.
