Funcionamiento
Operator places a round bottle on the labeling station and steps on the foot switch (or activates auto-sensor mode). A pneumatic cylinder automatically presses the top of the bottle to stabilize it. The label traction motor feeds the label; the label sensor detects the label leading edge. The label is peeled at the peel plate and rolled onto the rotating bottle. The labeled product is then removed.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Operator places a round bottle on the labeling station and steps on the foot switch (or activates auto-sensor mode).
2A pneumatic cylinder automatically presses the top of the bottle to stabilize it.
3The label traction motor feeds the label; the label sensor detects the label leading edge.
4The label is peeled at the peel plate and rolled onto the rotating bottle.
5The labeled product is then removed.
