Funcionamiento
Operator places product on jig. Stepper-driven traction belt advances the label web; a German SICK photoeye detects the label edge and stops the web after the label is peeled off the backing. A vacuum-suction plate picks the peeled label,then a Star Chen pneumatic cylinder stamps the plate down onto the product. Three press cylinders and four solenoid valves ensure full label adhesion. Backing paper rewinds onto the take-up reel.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Operator places product on jig.
