Funcionamiento
A foot pedal or sensor triggers a start signal to the PLC. The PLC drives the stepper motor to advance the label web (peel-and-feed). The label position sensor (photoelectric eye) monitors the distance the web has advanced; once one label length is reached it signals the PLC to stop feeding. The PLC then actuates the labeling cylinder and the front-and-rear dual roll-on mechanism, which rolls and presses the label firmly onto the product surface. The operator removes the labeled product. Operation sequence: place product → detect positioning (sensor or manual) → label and roll-press → remove product.
Proceso de funcionamiento
