Funcionamiento
Powder is loaded into the 50 L hopper. A weighing-type screw auger meters powder into the bag positioned beneath the discharge spout: a fast feed rapidly fills to near-target weight, a medium feed slows as it approaches setpoint, and a fine feed trickle precisely tops off to the exact weight (3-level speed). The load cell sends real-time weight to the PLC; once the target weight is reached, the screw stops and the operator releases the bag. Auto counter increments the batch tally.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powder is loaded into the 50 L hopper.
