Funcionamiento
A servo motor precisely rotates a metering auger inside the split hopper. Each revolution of the auger displaces a fixed volume of material; the servo controller counts revolutions to deliver the target weight. A load cell (Zemic L6D 10 kg) verifies the actual dispensed weight and feeds back to the PLC for error correction. Auger parts are interchangeable to accommodate materials from ultra-fine powder to small granules.
