Funcionamiento
Composite film is unwound via the unwind mechanism (automatic film-edge tracking, automatic correction device) and conveyed to the forming collar to create 8 tube bags. The web-splice detection system stops dosing and auto-rejects empty bags when a splice is detected. Material is loaded by vacuum feeder into 8 independent volumetric cups (each lane's dose individually adjustable). The annular-edge longitudinal seal structure provides stable film travel; cross-seal embossing uses high-temperature silicone + gilding plate for superior sealing (temperature automatically controlled to ±1 °C). Anti-static device eliminates static buildup. Color-mark sensor and film-tension damping mechanism ensure straight film travel. Blanking dies auto-guide and cut finished sachets. Control system: Siemens PLC + touchscreen, Mitsubishi servo, Omron photoelectric, Schneider electrical, AirTAC pneumatics.
