Funcionamiento
Inline vacuum film sealing: operator loads 8 cups onto the lower platen. Machine closes the upper sealing chamber; AirTAC-actuated cylinders form a seal around the cups. Zhongde vacuum pump evacuates each cup chamber. Pre-printed film is fed across the cup tops with patterned registration via LPG-MOTOR film winding motor; SIMKO temperature controller governs the heated sealing platen that bonds the film to each cup mouth. Film is then cut around each cup; waste film roll is automatically wound up. Operator removes the 8 sealed cups and places the next batch.
