Funcionamiento
Bottles travel single-file along the conveyor. When the lead bottle reaches the front stop, photoelectric sensor flashes red; when the trailing bottle reaches the rear stop, the sensor flashes red+green, the rear stop closes and a bottle-neck clamp holds the bottles. The 8 filling valves descend into the bottle openings and PLC commands each servo motor to drive its plunger via timing belt + ball screw, pushing material from the cylinder through a pneumatic 3-way valve into the bottles for accurate volume metering. After filling, vacuum recovery on each nozzle prevents drip. Bottles continue to the SED-ZG-O capper where a 4-claw balanced sealing head first deforms the cap to bottle-mouth shape, then rolls threads and folds the skirt for a hermetic twist-off seal. Caps are pre-oriented by the waterfall elevator: opening-down caps fall back (high centre of gravity) during belt ascent; opening-up caps (low centre of gravity) ride up and are blown out at the top through 3 air jets.
