Funcionamiento
The machine works by passing gel through a double-layer sieve, which cuts and thins the gel, causing large bubbles to burst. The fluid shears as it passes through the sieve, stretching and breaking the bubbles, and increasing the gas-liquid contact area to facilitate bubble escape. A vacuum pump creates a negative pressure state in the lower tank, and the process is repeated by inverting the tanks.
