Funcionamiento
Removable mixing bin (with wheels) is rolled into the rotating yoke at the column base and locked. Control system raises the rotating yoke to mixing height via dual hydraulic cylinders and locks it. The 5.5 kW self-locking rotation motor drives the helical-gear reducer to rotate the bin at programmed rpm/time. Bin tilt at 30° produces strong vertical tumble + tangential flow along the inner mirror-polished walls. After mixing, yoke stops vertical, bin descends, machine stops, process data prints. Bin can be rolled to the next process step.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Removable mixing bin (with wheels) is rolled into the rotating yoke at the column base and locked.
2Control system raises the rotating yoke to mixing height via dual hydraulic cylinders and locks it.
3The 5.5 kW self-locking rotation motor drives the helical-gear reducer to rotate the bin at programmed rpm/time.
