Funcionamiento
Removable mixing bin is pushed into the rotating yoke at the column base, locknuts are tightened. Control system lifts the bin to mixing height and locks it. Drive system rotates the bin at programmed rpm/time. Bin and pivot axis form a 30° angle so material tumbles vertically while moving tangentially along bin walls — yielding strong vertical+tangential blending. After mixing, yoke stops vertically, bin descends, machine stops, and process data prints. Bin can also be lifted to discharge height for gravity outflow through butterfly valve.
Proceso de funcionamiento
