SED-8TH-T — Column Hopper Lifting Mixer

Removable mixing bin is rolled into the rotating-yoke fork at the column base, locking nut secured. Control system lifts the bin to mixing height and locks it in place. Drive system rotates the bin at programmed rpm/time. The bin and pivot axis form a 30° angle so material tumbles vertically while also moving tangentially along the bin walls — yielding optimal blending. After mixing, the yoke stops vertically, the bin descends, the machine stops, and process parameters print. Optionally, after blending, the bin can continue lifting to a discharge height for gravity outflow through the butterfly valve.
