SED-8SD-A — Full-Automatic Electronic Counting and Bottling Machine

Product granules are loaded into the elevator hopper. Multi-stage vibratory feeders gradually convert the bulk pile into a continuous single-file queue along vibrating channel plates, sliding to the discharge port where they fall one-by-one into the counting area. The counting area uses the photoelectric principle: as each granule falls through the infrared dynamic-scanning sensor, the work signal is fed into a high-speed MCU; coordinated electronic and mechanical control realises the counting and dispensing function.
