Funcionamiento
Product granules are poured into the top hopper. Primary and secondary vibratory feeders are adjusted so that the bulk pile is gradually converted into a continuous single-file stream along the vibrating channel plates and slides to the discharge port, then falls one-by-one into the detection channel. The photoelectric principle is used: as each granule falls through the infrared dynamic-scanning sensor, the resulting signal is fed into a high-speed MCU which, in coordination with the mechanical gate, realises the counting and dispensing function.
Proceso de funcionamiento
