Funcionamiento
Product is loaded into the top hopper; primary and final-stage vibration feeders gradually convert the bulk into a continuous single-file stream along the vibrating track boards and slide to the discharge port. Items then fall one-by-one into the detection channel, where the photoelectric effect causes each falling item to generate a working signal through the infrared dynamic-scanning sensor. This signal is fed to the high-speed MCU, which counts via electronic-mechanical coordination and controls the gate to fill the set quantity into the container.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Product is loaded into the top hopper; primary and final-stage vibration feeders gradually convert the bulk into a continuous single-file stream along the vibrating track boards and slide to the discharge port.
2Items then fall one-by-one into the detection channel, where the photoelectric effect causes each falling item to generate a working signal through the infrared dynamic-scanning sensor.
