Funcionamiento
Material is melted in the 500 L jacketed stirring tank and pumped by the heated feeder into the 70 L jacketed hopper of the filler. Bottles are unscrambled by the SED-LP-A and conveyed under the 8 nozzles. Heated paste at 50–70 °C is volumetrically dosed into each bottle. Filled bottles travel through the cooling tunnels (−15 °C, 1–6 min depending on formula) which solidify the product before downstream capping and labeling.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Material is melted in the 500 L jacketed stirring tank and pumped by the heated feeder into the 70 L jacketed hopper of the filler.
2Bottles are unscrambled by the SED-LP-A and conveyed under the 8 nozzles.
3Heated paste at 50–70 °C is volumetrically dosed into each bottle.
4Filled bottles travel through the cooling tunnels (−15 °C, 1–6 min depending on formula) which solidify the product before downstream capping and labeling.
