Funcionamiento
Mitsubishi PLC and HMI control a frequency-converter-driven 0.75 kW main motor (cam-driven mechanical motion). An oil-free vacuum pump (HP-200V, 550W) generates -0.08 MPa vacuum at 20 L/min to suck and open cartons from the magazine. Pneumatic cylinders (0.5–0.8 MPa compressed air) drive auxiliary motions. Photo-electric (HT5.1/2), fiber (LV453/2), and proximity (IS112MM) sensors track product presence; no product triggers no-carton and automatic stop. Rotary encoder (DBS50E-S5EK01000) provides position feedback. Speed and count are displayed and adjustable on the HMI in real time.

1Mitsubishi PLC and HMI control a frequency-converter-driven 0.75 kW main motor (cam-driven mechanical motion).
