Funcionamiento
Pre-printed shrink-sleeve film is fed from the material rack through guide rollers, then over the central guide column where a planetary-aligned, deflection-crankshaft inner blade cuts the sleeve to length. A bottle screw spaces the bottles equidistantly on the conveyor; a photoelectric eye registers each label and triggers the servo-driven brush group to push the cut sleeve onto the bottle. The bottle then enters a steam shrink furnace (24 kW steam generator) where steam heat shrinks the sleeve tightly to the container body. Speed is matched between bottle conveyor, mark-feed servo and shrink furnace via a Panasonic PLC and SAMKOOM/WECON HMI.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Wipe slide surfaces (guide rod, guide rail, screw rod, slide seat) with clean cloth and re-lubricate every two weeks (machine oil R32 / VG32 equivalent); apply general machine grease to gears weekly. Do not lubricate belts, pulleys, rubber wheels, motors or other electrical parts. Use vacuum (not compressed air) to clean inside the electrical cabinet. Remove dust from electrical components weekly with an air gun. After production, run shrink-furnace fan ~10 minutes for cool-down before powering off.
