SED-80PTG — Automatic Effervescent Tablets Tube Filling Machine

Tubes dropped into hopper → unscrambler aligns tubes and advances them to the filling position → cap feeder vibrates and supplies caps → tablet feeder conveys tablets from hopper, sieving unit screens out powder and debris → tablets pass through sliding track in the set quantity (10–20) → horizontal insertion device pushes the tablet stack into the tube → capping unit places and presses the cap → tubes without tablets or under-filled are automatically rejected. Camera-based kick-out system (ref. SED-YPJ) ensures zero under-count shipment. Siemens PLC + touch screen manage all timing and counts.
