Funcionamiento
Semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor compresses R-22 refrigerant; high-pressure gas is desuperheated/condensed in a shell-tube condenser cooled by 81,500 m³/h forced-air fans. The liquid expands through an externally-balanced thermostatic expansion valve into the shell-tube evaporator, where it absorbs heat from chilled water (12 °C in / 7 °C out, 36 m³/h). Vaporized refrigerant returns to the compressor. 4-step capacity control (100/75/50/25/0%) modulates load; Y-Δ soft-start protects the motor.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor compresses R-22 refrigerant; high-pressure gas is desuperheated/condensed in a shell-tube condenser cooled by 81,500 m³/h forced-air fans.
