SED-80FS-L — Universal Pulverizer

The motor drives the main shaft (3800 rpm) to spin the rotating tooth disc at high speed. The rotating disc works against a fixed tooth disc mounted on the access door, creating zones of impact, shear and friction. Feed material enters through the hopper and is progressively broken by the beater teeth, main-crushing teeth and pulverising teeth, while particles also collide with each other. Ground particles that reach the target fineness pass through the interchangeable screen (available in 20-120 mesh) and exit the grinding chamber. A water-cooling device prevents overheating during prolonged operation.
