Funcionamiento
The 11 kW motor drives the upper and lower punches in reciprocating motion via an eccentric shaft or crank mechanism. The feeder fills powder into the die hole; the upper punch descends to compress the material into a tablet; after pressing, the lower punch rises to eject the tablet and the feeder refills for the next cycle. Fill depth is adjustable to control tablet weight; upper punch stroke and die diameter can be adapted to different tablet specifications. Hand-cranking is possible without electricity.

Pre-production cleaning: wipe all product-contact surfaces with a clean damp cloth before production. Post-shift cleaning: remove residual powder from die cavity, punches, and feeder; clean all surfaces with dry or slightly damp cloth; lubricate as scheduled.
