SED-80CXP-Z — Ampoule / Vial Ultrasonic Bottle Washer

Bottles enter the water tank via mesh belt and screw for ~1-minute ultrasonic immersion. The screw transfers bottles to the lifting wheel; the large-drum robot arm grips and inverts each bottle 180° so the mouth faces down. In the inverted position, oscillating spray nozzles track the bottle mouth and perform alternating water/air/water/air/water/air (three-water/three-air) cleaning. After washing, the arm rights the bottles, and a synchronous belt conveys them to the sterilization tunnel oven. A constant-temperature controller maintains water tank temperature; a water-level switch prevents dry-running of the pump, ultrasonic transducers and heaters.
