The vibration motor drives the vibrator to generate excitation; the screen body is connected via springs and performs a compound rotary (three-dimensional) vibration. The vibration trajectory is a complex spatial curve — circular in horizontal projection, elliptical in both vertical planes (i.e. up-down, left-right and inclined three-dimensional motion). Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weight blocks changes the material trajectory on the screen: at 0° phase the material radiates outward from the centre; at 90° phase it converges toward the centre. Material spirals and jumps on the screen surface; fine particles pass through the screen into the lower layer while coarse particles exit through the discharge port.
