Funcionamiento
Tablets/pills are tumbled in a Φ800 mm 316 SS coating pan rotated by a Siemens Beide Y90L-4 1.5 kW main motor through an M=5, 1:15 reduction gearbox. Air is supplied via a 200 W fan through a 304 SS supply duct, heated by 2 kW × 2 internal heating tubes and a 2 kW external heating plate. Coating liquid is preheated in the 20 L 316 SS liquid cart (3 kW heater) and fed by Changzhou Kejian BT300 peristaltic pump, then atomized by a Taiwan spray gun (φ2.0 nozzle). PT100 sensors and XMTG3302 temperature controllers maintain precise temperature. Siemens PLC + HMI with VFD sequences and monitors the entire process.
