Funcionamiento
The refrigeration, heating, humidify/dehumidify/water-circuit, and air-duct circulation systems are all controlled by a Korean Samwontech TEMI880 PID controller via Pt100 dry-bulb/wet-bulb sensors. A high-speed circulation fan draws air from the chamber bottom into an internal air duct where it passes the heater and refrigeration evaporator before being blown back into the chamber from the top. Repeated heat exchange with the test specimens maintains the setpoint. Servo refrigerant flow control modulates compressor load for >30% energy savings. An independent over-temperature protection system guards against runaway.
Proceso de funcionamiento
