Funcionamiento
Hammer-type rotating cutter rotates inside crushing chamber. Material fed from feed bin is impacted, sheared and ground between active and fixed disks/hammers and inter-particle collision. High-pressure fan creates airflow that draws crushed material through screen mesh, into cyclone separator (gross separation) then through pulse-jet bag dust collector with 20 needle-felt cloth bags cleaned by pulse solenoid valves. Optional water cooling for heat-sensitive materials.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Hammer-type rotating cutter rotates inside crushing chamber.
