Funcionamiento
Tablets/pills/candies tumble in a 316SS coating drum (1560 mm diameter) at 1-5 rpm driven by an explosion-proof variable-frequency motor. Seven Iwata WA-101 spray guns atomize coating liquid delivered by a BT-600 peristaltic pump from a 250 L TB-250 heated insulated stirring tank. The coating chamber operates under negative pressure (>15 Pa) to prevent heat loss and dust escape. As this custom configuration excludes the hot air cabinet and exhaust cabinet, the customer's existing HVAC and exhaust systems supply conditioned inlet air and handle exhaust.

1Tablets/pills/candies tumble in a 316SS coating drum (1560 mm diameter) at 1-5 rpm driven by an explosion-proof variable-frequency motor.
