Funcionamiento
Material is metered by a 1.5 kW variable-frequency feeding motor into the mill chamber where the 55 kW main motor drives the rotor at ~2800 rpm. Material undergoes impact, shearing, and friction to form ultrafine powder. The 11 kW VFD classifier motor drives the classification wheel to separate on-spec powder, which is exhausted by the 22 kW fan. The refrigeration unit maintains low chamber temperature to prevent degradation of heat-sensitive materials. The 2.2 kW airlock motor (7 L) seals the discharge opening.
