Funcionamiento
Tablets to be coated are placed in the phi800 mm coating pan, which rotates continuously in an orbital manner. The rotational movement causes the batch of tablets to tumble and rub against each other for even coating distribution. Hot air is introduced by the blower to accelerate drying of each coating layer. On the tilt-discharge variant, a dedicated tilt motor (0.75 kW) tips the pan to discharge the batch into a matched receiving cart, eliminating manual shoveling.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Tablets to be coated are placed in the phi800 mm coating pan, which rotates continuously in an orbital manner.
