SED-800-37Y-F — Multi-functional Rotary Tablet Press - 37 Stations

Powder feedstock is delivered to 37 rotating turret die holes via force feeders. Three sets of pressure roller groups apply pre-pressure and main pressure (up to 200 kN) to upper and lower punches to form tablets. An automatic lubrication system lubricates the pressure wheels, cams/tracks, and punches. A servo motor controls tablet thickness and weight; pressure sensors on all three roller groups monitor actual working pressure in real time and trigger overload shutdown protection. An electromagnetic clutch improves startup torque. The machine can be reconfigured for three-outlet single-layer pressing, tripling throughput from 33,300 to up to 999,000 pcs/h.
