SED-8-8-4XGF-T atmospheric-pressure rinser-filler-capper monobloc for mineral and pure water in plastic bottles. 8 wash + 8 fill + 4 cap heads, 0-2000 b/h on 500 mL; supports 300-2000 mL bottles, Φ50-100 mm × 150-320 mm.
Funcionamiento
Plastic bottles enter via the air conveyor under neck-flange suspension and transfer to the rinser. New clamp-type rotary rinse valves spray aseptic water once-through into each inverted bottle (≤50 ppm CaCO3, ~0.6 m³/h). Bottles right and transfer to the filler. German-technology high-speed pure-water filling valves dispense at atmospheric pressure with drip-free shutoff, dosing accurately to the bottle. The filler is connected to a sealed product header. Filled bottles transfer to the 4-head capper, where magnetic torque-controlled spinning heads with planetary motion and external-cam timing pick caps and tighten with adjustable torque (German oil-free bearings, low noise, high precision). An auto cap-loader keeps the cap track full.
