Bottles enter the monobloc and transfer to the rinser, where 304 stainless rinse heads spray water into clamped bottles to wash interior and exterior surfaces; rubber-padded clamps protect bottle finish. Rinsed bottles transfer to the filling carousel where 304 stainless metering nozzles dispense product by gravity at ambient temperature; dose is finely adjustable. Filled bottles transfer to the 4-head capper, where magnetic-torque-controlled spinning heads automatically pick caps and tighten them at controlled torque (no-reverse-cap protection; no-bottle auto-stop). The waterfall cap arranger replenishes caps via electric-motor-driven pickup with compressed-air delivery; an insertion paddle controls drop rate to match line speed.
