SED-8-8-3XGF-I — Beer/Carbonated Beverage Washing-Filling-Capping All-in-One Machine

Bottles are conveyed by air on the neck-suspension air conveyor and transferred directly to the star-wheel infeed. The hanging-neck technology lifts each bottle by its neck flange, isolating the bottle body from contact surfaces. In the rinse zone, 8 inverting rinsers spray aseptic water at 0.25 MPa. Bottles return upright and transfer to the filler. Insertion-type fill tubes sit inside each bottle and dispense pure/mineral water to a controlled level, preventing spray and foam. Filled bottles pass to the 3-head capper, where each spinning head driven by a magnetic torque-limiting coupler picks a screw cap from the cap elevator and seals the bottle to a precise torque. A VFD-driven main motor synchronizes all stations; PLC + HMI handles fault detection and counting.
