Funcionamiento
Bottles travel on a linear conveyor belt into the filling zone. Eight 316L stainless steel metering pumps draw liquid through 12 mm silicone tubing and fill 8 bottles simultaneously (servo motor driven). After filling, an electromagnetic vibratory cap-feeder sorts and delivers caps; a 12-segment nylon indexing disk positions each bottle for cap placement. The capping station (selectable screw-cap or crimp) seals each bottle. Bottle conveying is gentle to minimise foaming. Finished product exits on the outfeed. The machine can be integrated as a filling/sealing station with an upstream SED-1CXP-F washer and SED-4RXG-F sterilizing oven.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles travel on a linear conveyor belt into the filling zone.
