Funcionamiento
An 18kW external steam generator produces saturated steam and feeds it via insulated piping to the tunnel chamber (L1000 × W100 × H300mm). Inside the chamber, dual-side adjustable steam jet plates direct steam at the product from both sides; the direction and volume are independently adjustable to suit different product shapes and sizes. Products stand upright on the 304SS chain-plate conveyor and travel through the tunnel at 0-12m/min (set by operator). Steam condenses on the PVC/PET film and causes it to shrink uniformly.
Proceso de funcionamiento
